More than half of Anthropic's enterprise customers who spend $100,000 or more now use both the Claude platform and at least one first-party app. That cross-product adoption rate is the number that matters in the S-1, far more than headline revenue. It signals that Anthropic is copying Amazon's playbook: get customers into the platform, then sell them adjacent products until switching becomes genuinely painful. The capability gap between frontier AI models is narrowing fast, so the firms that win long-term are the ones that make leaving expensive.

Monet's *Iris* just sold for €50 million at Sotheby's, a French auction record, which tells you where collectors are parking their nerves right now. Netflix hiring Apple's former podcast marketing head is the more interesting bet to me, because it puts the platform in your car on the commute and in your bed at night, two slots it has never owned. I'd bet on Spotify and Apple losing sleep over that, though I'd also bet Netflix makes its first original podcast commission sooner than most people expect.
Anthropic sells its business clients extra products, Netflix hires a podcast chief from Apple, and Burberry is remaking its London flagship. Each is adding more for people it already serves.
