How a prediction becomes confirmed

01 Two independent sources required. A prediction is confirmed only when the predicted event is documented by at least two independent editorial or primary sources. One outlet is not enough.
02 Evidence is published with every confirmation. We link the sources that triggered confirmation. You can verify it yourself.
03 The time window must not have expired. Every prediction carries a deadline. If the predicted event happens after that window closes, it does not count as a hit.
04 We publish misses. Wrong calls appear on /accuracy with the same detail as confirmed hits. Accountability is the whole point.

How to follow predictions live

Each daily edition includes a new prediction

Every edition ends with The Pattern's call for that week: a specific, falsifiable claim with a named time window and the three signals that support it.

Vote on it before it resolves

Each prediction in the edition footer carries a vote prompt: "Will land" or "Won't land." Reader votes are tracked and published when the prediction resolves.

Resolved predictions get a "Called It" card

When two independent sources confirm a prediction, it moves here. Wrong calls go to /accuracy. Nothing gets quietly buried.
